Paid plans have been retired, and BrawlPilot is for sale
Pro and Max are gone and no new subscriptions can be started. Anyone part-way through a paid month keeps it until it runs out. Everything else on the site carries on unchanged, and the project is looking for a new owner.
BrawlPilot has stopped selling subscriptions. The Pro and Max tiers were withdrawn today and cannot be bought. Every account is now on the free allowance of five picks a day.
If you were paying
Nothing you already paid for is being taken back. Your allowance stays as it is until the end of the period you paid for, it will not renew, and you will not be charged again. When that period ends the account moves to the free allowance like everyone else.
If it has been less than fourteen days since your most recent payment and you are a consumer in the EU, you can still ask for that payment back in full without giving a reason. Email the address on the terms page from the address on your account and it will be refunded.
If you would rather cancel yourself, the Subscription section of your account settings still opens Stripe's customer portal. That has deliberately been left working. Being able to leave should never be harder than joining was.
Why
I am no longer able to run BrawlPilot as a business. Given that, I would rather stop selling it than keep charging people for something I cannot properly support.
So the paid tiers are gone and the site is not. The free plan is exactly what it has always been: five picks a day, every map, mode and tierlist, and the same drafter running against the same data. Nothing that used to be free has been put behind a payment, and nothing about how a pick is made has changed.
The site is for sale
BrawlPilot is looking for a new owner. That covers the drafter and the pick engine behind it, the data pipeline that keeps the tiers current around the clock and rebuilds them after every balance patch, the domain, and the brand.
It is live and it runs without anyone tending it, but it is not a polished or finished product and there is a good deal still to build. Saying so up front seems better than letting someone discover it afterwards.
What it has never had is an audience that already cares about drafting. If that is you, the plans page has the contact details.
In the meantime
The site stays up and the data keeps refreshing. If that changes, it will be said here first rather than left for people to work out from a page that stopped loading.
